This class focused on thinking while you shoot and will explore the cognitive processing necessary to perform under stress. We will practice target acquisition, effective engagement, shoot-no shoot drills, and simple scenarios.

Cognitive Shooting Skills Class FAQ
This class is geared towards those who want to train intermediate skills around the thinking that goes into target acquisition. You need not have taken a class focused on defensive pistol or holster draw before, but you do need to have basic weapons handling skills and know-how. If you can do things like rack the slide, perform a reload, and safely holster your weapon, you will be fine. This class is not geared towards first time gun owners, so if that is what you are looking for, go ahead and contact us for an introduction to firearms class.

No, the cost of the class covers the range fee and targets.
This class can run with either a semi-auto pistol or a revolver.
